1 x 95g pot of Smoked Salmon Pate, produced here in Lincolnshire. (2 servings)
1 x 160g packet of Hot Smoked, flaky, sliced Scottish Salmon. (2 servings)
2 x 125-140g Centre Cut, Skin on, Boneless Salmon Portions in a Oriental Salt & Pepper Marinade

- Oriental Salt & Pepper Marinated Salmon: Oven: Pierce film and place in a pre-heated oven at 200°C for approx 20-25 minutes (chilled), 25-30 minutes (frozen).
Cooking: Microwave: (850w): Pierce film several times and cook on full power for 3-4 minutes (chilled), 5-6 minutes (frozen). Remove from packaging and serve.
If you only wish to use one portion at a time, simply take one portion out and either wrap, place in a food bag or tupperware tub and place in the fridge of freezer. Highland Farm Smoked Salmon: Ready to eat

Hot Roast Salmon: Ready to eat
Salmon Portions:Pierce pouch and microwave for 2-3 minutes (dependant on wattage - refer to pack for instructions). Remove from packaging and oven bake or boil in the bag! If you have frozen them use the same instructions but add an extra few minutes to the cooking time.
Oven Bake - Remove from packaging and place in preheated oven at 200oC for 8-10 minutes. If cooking from frozen allow extra time.
