4 x 100-125g Skin on, Descaled, Boneless, Sea Bass Fillets, vacuum packed in pairs

4 x 150-190g Skin on Boneless Haddock Fillet Portions, vacuum packed in pairs.
4 x 150g Skin On, Boneless, vacuum packed Natural Smoked Haddock Portions

- Salmon Portions: These can be microwaved in the pouch for 2-3 minutes (dependant on wattage). They can also be grilled or oven baked. Remove packaging
Sea Bass: Ideal for shallow frying, grilling or baking in the oven. They can also be cooked in the microwave in a few minutes. Remove packaging
Haddock: Delicious battered and deep fried but also suitable for pan frying, grilling, baking, steaming or popping in the microwave for a really quick meal. Remove packaging
Smoked Haddock: Suitable for grilling, baking, poaching or popping in the microwave for a really quick meal. Remove packaging
All of the above can also be boiled in the vacuum pouches.
