4 x 100-150g Skin On Mackerel Fillets. (Will Contain Bones)
6 x 125-140g Centre Cut, Skin on, Boneless Salmon Portions
4 x 140g Skin On, Boneless Locally Farmed, Rainbow Trout Fillets.
Although every effort has been made to remove bones, some may remain.

- Mackerel: This fish is great for baking, barbecuing, grilling and pan-frying but can also be used in recipes such as Fish Cakes or Pate's
Salmon Portions: These can baked or pan fried, but also microwaved for a really quick meal. Trout: This fish is fantastic pan fried or baked or even en papillote (translates to cooking in a parcel!).
