Our Jumbo pack contains plenty of our fillets and portions of Salmon, Cod and Haddock. Enough to prepare several meals for the entire family or food prep your lunch weeks in advance!
Each box contains:
6 x 125-140g individually vacuum packed, Centre Cut, Skin on, Boneless Salmon Portions.
6 x 150-190g Skin on Boneless Haddock Fillet Portions, vacuum packed in pairs.
6 x 150-190g Skin on Boneless Cod Fillet Portions, vacuum packed in pairs.
Although every effort to remove all the bones is made some may remain.

- Salmon Portions: These can be microwaved in the pouch for 2-3 minutes (dependant on wattage). They can also be grilled or oven baked. Remove packaging
Haddock: Delicious battered and deep fried but also suitable for pan frying, grilling, baking, steaming or popping in the microwave for a really quick meal. Remove packaging
Cod: Delicious battered and deep fried but also suitable for pan frying, grilling, baking, steaming or popping in the microwave for a really quick meal. Remove packaging
All of the above can also be boiled in the vacuum pouches.
